Duct Pressure drop

The method with a steady drop of pressure, is used both in both induction and abduction networks. It is the most used method and gives very good results in somewhat symmetrical airway networks or networks whose branches have an equal or roughly equal length. When there are differences in length, appropriate diaphragms for the flow of the branches are provided, so that again satisfactory results are obtained by the fixed pressure drop method.
